It’s been 5 years associating with FGC and this is my 5th project and by far my biggest, a 30,000 sq ft apartment project @ Kollam..I was sceptical about many decisions regarding the project, but my easiest among the lot was to handover the design part to FGC . Our house, constructed in 1998 needed a thorough renovation. We entrusted the work to Foxgreen, because of a highly positive reference from my brother in law. We had one so called disadvantage too ... that we were not in Kerala at that time. But Foxgreen did an amazing job and gave our house the much needed facelift. We never felt the anxiety of being in Delhi when the renovation was happening. Mr.Visakh and his team implemented all our ideas and improved upon them wherever needed, told us clearly to avoid some of our suggestions that would lead to unnecessary cost escalation. They were very conscious about our budget, still able to give a value addition that was quite impressive.It was a furnished house, which necessitated handling of everything that was kept there.
